Caring for your Colorado Blue Spruce
Colorado Blue Spruce trees, while beautiful and provide a wonderful windbreak, privacy and excellent housing for a number of outdoor critters are under attack. To prevent the spread of disease, make sure your trees have abundant airflow between them along with the ability of sunlight to hit the branches each day. Do not plant a long line of spruces together. Rather, mingle them with other types of evergreen allowing space between them for adequate airflow.
