Port Washington Triangle Garden
In 2015, before Ozaukee Master Gardener volunteers stepped in, Port Washington's Triangle Garden was a weedy patch of ground on a traffic island that separated turn lanes. A lone spruce tree stood there. Now, the space is a riot of green and purple, beautifying Port's business district.
The Triangle Garden has been a core project of Ozaukee Master Gardeners since 2016. It was only a year later that the Port Washington Chamber of Commerce honored OzMG's efforts with a special Beautification Award.

The Triangle Garden is on the north end of Port Washington's business district.

The space is designed and maintained by Ozaukee Master Gardener volunteers, who take care to label the plants for garden visitors.

As the Triangle Garden "sleeps" through the winter months, its tall spruce gains extra glory, as a holiday tree decorated by City crews.
